Sometimes you must force yourself to do a certain task or accomplish an important project. And sometimes this means you must first force yourself to force yourself. I rediscovered the Pomodoro Technique for that matter.
The Pomodoro Technique is a way to get the most out of your time.
There are five simple steps you should follow:
Read Francesco Cirillo’s book to get more familiar with it.
You can use a common kitchen timer or your smartphone for the Pomodoro Technique. There are also several free timers for your computer which can be found here.
Why not giving it a try?
Is this the end of email marketing? Google introduces “Priority Inbox” with the aim to get you through your Gmail faster.
Most of us are confronted with too much email every day. Google claims that with Priority Inbox your important email automatically gets identified and separated. So you can focus on the important stuff. The system learns from your behaviour and assumes that if you respond to certain types of emails, these are more important (to you).
I find this quite revolutionary but also think email marketeers will lose business as their mailings will be sorted at the end of your inbox.
What do you think? Are you testing the new features already? Will you keep them?
